You start by browsing our platform and selecting treatments based on your health concerns. Your request is then reviewed by a licensed provider, who goes over your medical history and, if appropriate, sends a prescription directly to the pharmacy. Your medications are then shipped straight to your door.

Our team of licensed pharmacy professionals is available throughout your treatment to answer questions, adjust your plan, or simply talk through your options. You're never left to figure it out alone.

In many cases, yes. If medically appropriate, providers may prescribe medications during a telehealth visit.

However, certain medications may require an in-person evaluation or may not be eligible for prescription through telehealth depending on medical guidelines and regulations.

Telehealth services are not intended for medical emergencies.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should:

  • Go to the nearest emergency room.

Telehealth is best suited for non-emergency medical concerns and routine care.

 No special equipment needed! As long as you have a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a reliable internet connection, you're all set. Just log in and you're ready to go — it's that simple. 
 Licensed providers on NOWmeds offer consultations across men's health, women's health, dermatology, hair care, smoking cessation, and general wellness. After reviewing your history, the provider determines whether a personalized plan is clinically appropriate.
