NOWmeds Return & Cancellation Policy

At NOWmeds, we are committed to providing safe, high-qualityhealthcare services and medications. Due to the nature of our products andservices, the following policy applies to all purchases made through ourplatform.
No Returns or Refunds
NOWmeds does not accept returns or offer refunds forprescription medications or other healthcare products.
- All medications are custom-prescribed and/or dispensed specifically for you
- Once an order has been processed, it is final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded
- This policy is in place to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and product integrity
Subscription Policy
Many NOWmeds treatments are offered as subscription-basedservices for your convenience.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew based on your selected plan
- You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time
- To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel or update your subscription at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date
If cancellation occurs after this window, the order mayalready be processed and will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact NOWmeds support within 48–72 hours ofdelivery.
Upon review, we may:
- Provide a replacement at no additional cost
- Offer another resolution as appropriate
We may require photos or additional information to processyour request.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the speed of processing and the personalized natureof prescriptions:
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted and processed
- If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist before processing occurs
Acknowledgment of Purchase & Pharmacy Compliance
By placing an order through NOWmeds, you acknowledge andagree to the following:
- You understand that prescription medications are dispensed pursuant to a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider and may be fulfilled by a licensed pharmacy partner in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
- You acknowledge that all prescription products are personalized, regulated healthcare items that cannot be returned, resold, or reused, and therefore are not eligible for returns or refunds once processed.
- You confirm that the information you provide, including medical history and personal details, is truthful, accurate, and complete, and will be used by healthcare providers to determine appropriate treatment.
- You understand that submitting an order does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. If a provider determines that treatment is not appropriate, you may not be charged or may receive an alternative recommendation in accordance with NOWmeds policies.
- You acknowledge that once an order has been processed, approved, and/or shipped, it is considered final and non-cancelable.
- You agree to manage your subscription responsibly and understand that failure to cancel or modify your subscription at least 48 hours prior to the billing date may result in charges that are non-refundable.
- You understand that NOWmeds partners with licensed pharmacies and healthcare providers and operates in compliance with applicable healthcare, telehealth, and pharmacy regulations, including but not limited to state pharmacy laws and, where applicable, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- You acknowledge that NOWmeds reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in its sole discretion, including where required for legal, regulatory, or patient safety reasons.
